Each panel is cut, edged, drilled and tempered according to the confirmed court drawing, so the glass can match the posts, clamps and fixing system during installation.

We can supply clear glass, ultra clear glass and laminated tempered options such as 6+6mm according to the project design, local standard and budget requirement.

Product Structure and Processing

The panel thickness can be selected from 10mm, 12mm or laminated tempered structures. Before tempering, the glass is processed with polished edges, drilled holes and countersunk holes. This keeps the final glass accurate for bolts, clamps and metal frames because tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled again after heat treatment.

Hole position, corner treatment, panel size and edge finish are checked against the customer drawing. For replacement orders, we can also produce panels according to existing court measurements to help maintenance teams replace broken or aged glass more smoothly.

Transparent padel court glass gives players, coaches and spectators a clean view of the game. Ultra clear glass can reduce the green tone of ordinary float glass and make high-end courts look brighter, especially for indoor clubs or venues with strong lighting design.
